2) Order Processing (Handling Time)

  • Order cut-off time: 12:00 PM (Noon) Eastern Time (New York / EST)
  • Handling time: 1–2 business days
  • Processing days: Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)

How it works:

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET are typically processed starting the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing the next business day.

3) Shipping & Transit Time

  • Transit time (after dispatch): 3–7 business days
  • Shipping days: Monday–Friday

4) Estimated Delivery Time

Your total delivery time is the combination of handling time + transit time:

  • Estimated total delivery: 4–9 business days (United States)

Delivery estimates are based on business days and may vary slightly depending on destination, peak seasons, weather, or carrier delays.

5) Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (when available).
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.

6) Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to confirm the address before reshipping.

7) Weekends, Holidays & Delays

We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays. During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays) or due to carrier issues, delivery may take longer than the estimated window.
